I'm wondering if anyone can help me.
Twice in my life I truly believe I've seen something. Whatever, I'm sure many have.
However I'm wondering what I would capture if I was looking 24/7, so I'm wondering if I can build a camera rig that would do this. Think like a trail cam but for the sky.
Does such a device exist? I am thinking that I could rig up a camera, point it at the sky (with night vision for night) and when it records something that's not just sky it saves the file and sends me an alert. Kind of like cloud based CCTV cameras do now.
I know this footage was recorded with a normal camera pointed into a night vision unit, so I'm sure I would rig the night vision part up with no issues:
