I recorded 3 strange lights over the East coast of Ireland last night at around 1130pm.

First time posting here so be gentle on me. I recorded this video last night. It is extremely hard too see as it's extremely dark. I posted on a different group, some saw it/some didn't. I found that if you download it and open it in software that allows you to go to a frame, like VLC, and go to 16:23 you will see 3 lights just above the centre if the video, I'll put a still export comments. I was recording some very unusual lights that were in the sky (not these but they are faint in the video but you will need to brighten it) when for a millisecond I noticed a flash. It's so quick and easy to miss in the video, literally 1 frame, which is why you need some other software.

If you have better video editing skills than mine, most do, then please try to brighten it. I have a short clip in the comments where I zoomed in and brightened it but the quality is bad. I have more information in r/UFOBelievers.

Does anyone have any ideas what the 3 lights were? Tia
