The white thing flying next to the plane

Apparently this video was recorded in canada , Regina on Sept 7th , 2024. t white thing was seemed flying faster than the plane itself with no contrails. Can’t figure out what exactly it was and it didn’t resembled a plane too .

Any explanation to the video will be helpful. I am thinking it must be another smaller plane and much lower altitude but just by looking at it doesn’t seem like a plane.

Not sure if any more information is available on this but i will try to see if i find anything more to this is available.
