A friend of mine recorded a video of an orb hovering motionless over Chula Vista, CA, on July 9th, 2023, at 11:40 PM. He mentioned that everyone was astonished, prompting them to step out onto the patio of the casino where he works. Surprisingly, he captured the orb on video just moments before it took off.
